Introduction to Steaming Meat
Beef, veal, pork and lamb are cook quickly when steamed. Most meat are
suitable for steaming except for tougher cuts. In steaming, you can have
tender and juicy meat dishes in just few minutes. However cooking times
may vary depending on preferences for rare, medium or well-done meat. If
meat is cooked over sliced vegetables, including potatoes and carrots,
the cooking time will be longer.
