Introduction to Steaming Seafood

There is nothing as succulent and flavoursome than steamed seafood. It is cook surprisingly quickly without compromising it's taste. Seafood's natural goodness is retained when steamed. Check at the minimum cooking time, because you can always cook it for a little longer if necessary. To enhance the flavour of seafood, it is advisable to marinate it first before steaming. If the seafood is wrapped or stuffed, allow extra cooking time and rotate the levels of steamers halfway through for even cooking.
